Who controls your data

What we collect

• Enquiry form fields: name, email, programme interest, preferred week, and message
• Enrolment details you send by email or phone (address for invoices, chart files you choose to share)
• Technical logs such as IP address and basic browser data when you visit the site
• Cookie preferences stored in your browser (see the cookies page)

We do not ask for account passwords, tax file numbers, or brokerage login credentials.

Why we collect it

To answer enquiries, confirm programme places, deliver chart feedback, meet accounting and consumer-law obligations, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — understand which pages are visited.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept up to twenty-four months. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for seven years as required for Australian business records. Chart files you send for review are deleted within ninety days after the session unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up. Analytics data, if enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s defaults (typically up to twenty-six months).

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal retention duties. Email info@autonomous-sys.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject. We respond within a reasonable period.

International transfers

Our email and hosting providers may process data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards. Chart attachments should exclude unnecessary personal identifiers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who host email, invoicing, or the website, or when required by law.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date on this page when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes notice of the updated policy for website visitors; enrolled clients receive material changes by email when required.
