Refunds & cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid places in the Gap Analysis Intensive, Session Opens Workshop, and Private Chart Review sessions offered by Autonomous Sys. It does not cover products we do not sell (software licences, physical goods catalogues, or subscription signal services).

Eligibility and timeframe

• Full refund of fees paid (excluding non-refundable deposits where stated) if you cancel in writing more than fourteen days before the programme start date.
• Partial refund of fifty percent of the balance paid (after deposit) if you cancel between fourteen and seven days before the start date.
• No refund of the programme fee for cancellations within seven days of the start date, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise or we cancel the programme.

Deposits

Intensive deposits (AUD 250) and Workshop deposits (AUD 100) are non-refundable once paid, because they reserve limited cohort seats and printed materials. Deposits are credited toward the programme fee if you attend or if we cancel the date.

Private Chart Review

Prepaid review fees are refundable in full if you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled video call. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours forfeit the fee unless we agree to reschedule once within thirty days.

Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule to another published cohort date without penalty if notice is given at least seven days ahead and a seat is available. Further reschedules may require a new deposit.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. No refund is issued for that date. Chart packs prepared for you remain available for collection or digital download for fourteen days.

Work already started

Once a workshop day has begun, or once a Private Chart Review call has started, that day’s fee is non-refundable. If a multi-day Intensive is interrupted by our cancellation after day one, we refund the unused day on a pro-rata basis or offer a make-up session.

Materials

Printed chart packs and digital PDFs supplied for a programme are non-refundable once delivered. If we cancel before materials ship, you are not charged for them.

How to request a refund

Email info@autonomous-sys.digital with your name, programme, date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.

Exceptions

If illness prevents attendance and you provide a medical certificate before the start time, we offer a credit valid for twelve months in place of a cash refund where deposits would otherwise be forfeited. Credits are not transferable.
