Acceptance

By browsing autonomous-sys.digital or enrolling in an Autonomous Sys programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book training.

Services described

Pages describe technical analysis training focused on gap analysis and session opens. Content is educational. Nothing on this site constitutes personal financial product advice, brokerage services, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Enrolment

Places are confirmed only after we accept your enquiry in writing and any required deposit is received. Schedules may change for instructor illness, venue issues, or major market holidays; we will offer an alternate date or credit as set out in the refund policy.

Intellectual property

Chart packs, checklists, replay notes, and site copy remain the property of Autonomous Sys. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our packs without prior written consent.

Participant conduct

Workshops require respectful discussion. We may remove a participant who disrupts the cohort or shares another trader’s charts without permission, without refund beyond what the refund policy allows.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Autonomous Sys is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep programme descriptions current. Fees and dates on the site are informational until confirmed by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in South Australia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
